How do you ensure safe delivery of fragile glass bottles?

Does someone need to be present to sign for a delivery?
Yes. Per federal law, all deliveries containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult aged 21 or older. A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of delivery.
What is your return policy for food and beverage items?
Due to safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages or perishable food items. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
