At Keg N Bottle, we strive to ensure your beverages and gourmet snacks arrive in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products and state liquor laws, returns are generally restricted to items that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect upon delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Please examine your package immediately upon arrival to ensure all spirits, wines, and food items are correct and undamaged.
- 2.Contact Support
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or instructions for a replacement if the claim is approved.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once confirmed, we will issue a credit to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
