True to the water is Islay, this velvety rich dram was created exclsively for Feis Ile (The Islay Festival) in 2022. Its unique character comes from small octave casks that formerly aged Pedro XImenez sherry. Expertly married with Olorso and matured Bunnahabhains, the result is beutifully balanced notes of raisins and raspberries, giving way to balsamic vinegar and a deep toffee finish with a spicy cinnamon burst.
