We know that whiskey takes time. Our journey began in 2014, and we barreled our first product in 2016. Each year we select the best barrels from the season to release as new batches which highlight different flavor profiles.

Each batch of our Restoration Rye Whiskey is blended using a series of pods. Each pod is created by grouping barrels to create a sensory profile.

• Aroma: Cinnamon roll, honeysuckle, cranberry, cedar, white plum, lavender, clove
• Palate: GInger snap, flamed orange peel, rosemar, floral, mint, baking spice
• Finish: Medium body, black tea, lingering citrus
