Now our Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is a shining example of how patience and dedication to crafting quality spirits from scratch pays off. The first proprietary bourbon distilled and released by Castle & Key at the historic Old Taylor Distillery in nearly five decades is a nod to where we came from and taste of what’s to come.

Tasting Notes: 

• Nose: Bright sweet dough, lemon curd, peanut brittle, thyme, allspice.
• Palate: Baked red fruit, cherry, rose, honeybun, toasted oak, Nutmegerara sugar, baked apple, lemon peel, cinnamon, clove.
• Finish: Balanced finish, honeycomb fading into delicate oak and cinnamon bark.
