Pale gold in colour with aromas of white peach, apricot, citrus zest, and delicate floral notes. The palate is elegant and well-structured with bright acidity, stone fruit flavours, and a long, mineral-driven finish. A serious, age-worthy California Riesling.
Pairing
Pairs beautifully with seafood, roasted poultry, mild cheeses, and dishes with subtle spice. Also excellent on its own as a contemplative sipping wine.
