A third-generation Californian, Jessica grew up in a close-knit Italian and Greek family with a love of food and wine. That love led her to the highly renowned University of California, Davis, where she earned her bachelorās degree in Viticulture & Enology. Since then, she has traveled the world and completed nearly 20 harvests, working at vineyards in Tuscany, Italy; Chile; and all over California, including Sonoma, Napa, and the Central Coast.
Tasting Notes: Light apple flesh and white melon aromas pick up a toasted almond warmth on the easy nose of this bottling. The palate is very straightforward with honeysuckle and light pear flavors.Ā
