We start with our 75% distillate and add local honey, from an apiary on the other side of town, bringing it to a warming 45%. The higher ABV starting point allows us to increase the intensity of the honey flavors while maintaining a dry finish unseen in other honey Whiskey. Think “Honey Nut Cheerios” but for adults.
