Ensueño’s wheated bourbon reposado is aged for 8-10 months in extra-rare American oak casks. Each micro small batch is handcrafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico using only three all-natural ingredients: agave, water and yeast. Their artisanal production process utilizes fully mature estate grown agave, traditional stone ovens and natural open-air fermentation before barrel-aging to create Ensueño reposado’s signature flavors and aromas. Due to the terroir and all-natural production process - each batch is unique and never replicated again.
