This limited-edition 10-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon is finished in Pedro Ximénez Sherry Casks, delivering a rich, storybook profile that balances indulgent sweetness with structure. Only 800 bottles were produced, and proceeds benefit World Central Kitchen, the non-profit founded by Jose Andres.

Crafted with a mashbill of 78% corn, 13% rye, and 9% malted barley, and bottled at 107 proof, this bourbon is both bold and silky. Expect a sensory experience of honey, rum, fig, leather, and nutmeg—framed in a sherry-kissed finish.
