Inspired by the Mexican orchid and the pre-Hispanic, ceremonial flower songs of the Nahua, Laelia is dedicated to preserving traditional methods of tequila making.

Our tequilas are crafted from fully mature, tahona-crushed agave and mineral-rich mountain spring water, which is then naturally fermented, distilled in handmade copper pot stills and rested in American and French White Oak barrels.

• Nose: Cooked agave, citrus, herbal, hints of wood and vanilla ​
• Palate: Elegant, earthy agave-forward notes with hints of white pepper and a light caramel finish
