They tell the stories of the immigrant's experience, which is the foundation of American wine, past and present. What's more, these arborglyphs are a moving metaphor for winemaking: they are works of amateur historians - recording personal experience and communicating across time.
Blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre; native fermentations in oak vats; Syrah 33% whole-cluster, Grenache 25% whole-cluster, Mourvèdre destemmed. Only pump-overs. Raised in used barrique for 14 months; racked to tank for natural clarification over 6-8 weeks. Unfined, unfiltered.
