The Verduzzo component undergoes a brief period of drying on bamboo racks, a traditional Masi technique that adds complexity and depth to the wine.

Pale straw in colour with golden highlights. The nose offers delicate aromas of white flowers, pear, and citrus with a subtle hint of almonds. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced with crisp acidity, stone fruit flavours, and a clean, lingering finish.
Pairing
