Created in collaboration with Grammy Award winning artist, John Paul White, we crafted his one-of-a-kind signature bottle of whiskey. We begin with a four grain bourbon made from 55% corn, 18% rye, 22% wheat, 5% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. We cut this rye to 114 proof (57% ABV). After aging, we add a twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned and toasted, imparting rich, hearty flavors, and notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
