Wheated Bourbon is growing in popular demand for its creamy, buttery finish. Wheat & Spire is made from 51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. We honor the tradition of distillation & aging to the letter. After aging, we add a twist ā a French Oak spire, seasoned and toasted imparting peppery, sweet flavors, and notes of butterscotch, floral spices, and peppercorn.
Our Wheat & Spire begins with a remarkably smooth combination of 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley. Once distilled, we age our bourbon in new American Oak barrels producing a rich, deep yet sweet spirit.
