Puercoleón is inspired by an Oaxacan legend where a mezcalero encountered a mystical creature—a pig with an agave mane like a lion. This being revealed the purest way to craft mezcal, giving birth to Puercoleón. Today, every bottle carries that divine recipe, honoring tradition and craftsmanship.  Puercoleón is a handmade artisanal agave spirit distilled in the Tlacolula Valley in Oaxaca, Mexico. Sourced exclusively from a variety of mature maguey plants.

Tasting Notes: 

• Nose: With a dry character featuring fresh herbal notes of parsley, fruity notes of banana and melon, and white flowers. 
• Palate: A flavor with notes of wet earth and freshly cut grass, mixed with tropical fruits, with a medium and smooth finish on the tongue and throat
