Tasting Notes: For this maiden vintage, our Founder selected barrels from our mature stocks of rye that impact a full spectrum of flavors. Aromas of brown sugar and butterscotch lead to a taste of citrus with bright floral notes before herbaceous black tea flavors with a rich sweet spice gently take you to finish. Each bottle shows how cask and whiskey come together.
