When it comes to our Blanco, we’re rebels. Relaxed, but rebels nonetheless. You see, by law, a Blanco Tequila can be aged up to 60 days in order to mute the agave flavors. But we love the taste of agave, because when your agaves are organic, grown in the Tequila Valley, and slowly roasted to perfection, there’s nothing to hide. That’s why we bottle our Blanco just as soon as it’s distilled. The result? Vibrant and sweet agave aromas that include hints of citrus, mint, and pear typical of the Tequila Valley terroir.
