The 10 barrels of craft beer whiskeys were distilled over a 10 day period by a generational artisan in an alembic pot still that was imported from Cognac, France in 1983.Ā
This is the highest Pilsner content blend to date, coming in at 59% of the 105 proof blend. The whiskey is rich and designed for the seasoned palate.Ā
