Grupo Yuu Baal is made up of producers in San Juan del Rio, San Luis del Rio Tlacolula and Miahuatlan, Oaxaca.
The quality of the "magueys" begins in the earth and looking after it as well, this means that the complete cycle of production as is the planting, cutting, and destilation are done manually, all with absolute respect for our environment.
Tasting Notes: Yuu Baal Anejo has a unique golden color, full body and aroma, with a distinguished taste of woods and dried fruits. Itās ideal for the the palate yearning to find a bouquet of lightly smoked woods. Much of itās flavor comes from the 12 months that it spends aging in American White Oak barrels.Ā This mezcal is made by Isaias Martinez Juan in San Juan del Rio.
