The quality of the "magueys" begins in the earth and looking after it as well, this means that the complete cycle of production as is the planting, cutting, and destilation are done manually, all with absolute respect for our environment.
Tasting Notes: Yuu Baal Tepeztate is produced from 35-year-old wild agave Tepeztate. Because of the long time it takes for this agave to mature, its survival in the near future is in jeopardy. Sweet herbal aromas of wild herbs and cooked flowers abound in this mezcal. It's not as fiery as other Tepeztate mezcals, but it's still a one-of-a-kind taste.
