- Nose:Ā The nose begins with a combo of warm, perfumed citrus spices and sugary, musty oak right away. Very pleasing nose, one of the best Iāve had from a Peerless bourbon. The longer it sits the more brown sugar and vanilla is drawn out.
- Palate:Ā The palate continues with those citrus candy notes, big brown sugar, nearly cherry cola sweetness, subtle notes of dried fruits, and an oaky toffee lingering on.
- Finish:Ā The finish is dense, chewy, and spiced. Dark fruits, toffee, and oak, with a long, linger like a Hefeweizen.
