- Palate - The palate is very chocolatey, with honey filling next, vanilla bean, and a revisit to the fruit and dried fruits found on the nose. Like the nose, the spice is present but balanced.
- Finish - The finish is long, sweet, and creamy - continuing with chocolate and toasted oak and dried fruit lingering longer. An excellent wheated expression.
